Aquazond Dual Frequency Side Scan Sonar DGBO2-75390
The Dual Frequency Side Scan Sonar DGBO2-75390 operates at two frequencies: 75 kHz and 390 kHz. The low frequency provides a range of up to 1000 meters per side, while the high frequency offers a range of up to 100 meters per side. The integrated navigation echo sounder, operating at 200 kHz, ensures reliable tracking of the towed vehicle's position relative to the seabed. The system also includes an acoustic sub-bottom profiler with operating frequencies ranging from 2 to 16 kHz.
DGBO2-75/390 consists of:
- A set of hydroacoustic antennas,
- An electronics unit,
- A set of deepwater cables and connectors (proprietary production),
- A software suite (compatible with Linux-based operating systems, including Astra Linux).
-Key advantages of the software suite:
- Start and stop recording of processed hydroacoustic data.
- Data recording in an internal format that ensures playback without quality loss and allows fast navigation through the data.
- Integration with shipboard systems (satellite navigation, underwater navigation, pressure sensor, heading, pitch, and roll sensors) via RS232 or Ethernet.
- Ability to save and restore user-defined operation mode profiles.
- Determination of coordinates and dimensions of user-selected objects.
- Calculation of physical dimensions of objects.
- Display of date, time, and geographic coordinates for any area of hydroacoustic data during playback or operation.
- Customizable color palettes for main software elements.
- Adjustable visibility of spatial and temporal grids, with control over the interval of temporal grid lines.
- Saving object information in an object log.
- Exporting object log data to a text file.
- Time-based scrolling to an object during surveying.
- Zooming and spatial scrolling at scale.
- Raster magnifier.
- Placement of coordinate markers.
- Customizable channel window layout.
